Directions for Use
To use the Welcare Breatheasy Peak Flow Meter, follow these steps:
- Slide the pointer to the bottom of the scale.
- Hold the device horizontally in front of your mouth.
- Ensure you are sitting or standing upright. Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
- Seal your lips around the mouthpiece while keeping the device horizontal.
- Avoid obstruction from your tongue or teeth; spitting or coughing will give inaccurate readings.
- Blow out HARD and FAST for 2-3 seconds until your lungs are empty.
- Record the result.
- Repeat the process three times and note the highest reading.
- Follow your personal respiratory management plan based on the results.
Storage & Warnings
After using the Peak Flow Meter, clean all surfaces with 70% isopropyl alcohol or a mild detergent, focusing on the mouthpiece. Store the device in a cool, dry location away from heat and direct sunlight.
Warnings:
- Not suitable for users who cannot complete a forced expiration or are experiencing severe respiratory distress.
- Caution is advised for individuals with certain medical conditions, such as recent heart issues or uncontrolled hypertension.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
