Order Cancellation
At dealfirst.com.au, an order is only considered cancelled once you receive a confirmation email from us.
You may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund, provided the order has not been processed into the shipping queue or dispatched either by us or our distributor. Please note that most orders are typically processed and queued within 15 minutes of receipt, and they are often shipped the same day.
Keep in mind that the absence of a tracking number does not necessarily indicate that your order hasn't shipped. It may take 24 to 48 hours after shipping for the tracking number to be received and updated in the system.
If you're unsure about the status of your order or whether it can still be canceled, our customer service team can assist you in determining if the order is eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
Once an order has been added to the shipping queue or dispatched, our Returns Policy will apply. Additionally, certain custom or special-order items may be non-returnable or non-cancellable.
