Directions for Use

To use the Insect Bite Healer:
- Insert the two AAA batteries into the device.
- Ensure there is no stinger left in the bite area; remove if present.
- Press the Power Button to turn on the device. A green LED indicates readiness.
- Choose a mode:
- Mode 1: Press the Activation Button once for 47°C (116.6°F). Hold for 3 seconds.
- Mode 2: Press the Activation Button twice for 50°C (122°F). Hold for 6 seconds.
- A buzzer indicates the application is complete. Remove the device from the affected area.
- Press the Power Button to turn off. The device will automatically shut down after 5 minutes of inactivity.
- If necessary, repeat treatment after a 2-minute break, not exceeding 5 applications per hour on the same area.
Storage & Warnings

- For individuals over 12 years. Use on children under 12 should be supervised by an adult.
- Consult a doctor if you have skin conditions or serious illnesses before use.
- Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or if bitten by a tick or spider.
- Do not use near eyes, on eyelids, mouth, or mucous membranes.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- Follow general hygiene measures while using the device.
- Stop using if you feel unwell or experience pain.
Important Notes:
- Do not open or disassemble the product.
- Avoid throwing batteries into fire.
- Remove batteries when not in use for extended periods.
- Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
- Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Clean the device with a soft dry cloth before and after use.
- Operate only with dry hands; keep away from water.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
