Directions for Use
Please refer to the full Instructions for Use provided with the product before usage.
- To turn on, press the button next to the screen; a short beep will indicate that the thermometer is operational.
- A self-check test will run, displaying all digital segments on the screen.
- The memory will show the last reading for 2 seconds.
- A default temperature of 37.0°C or 98.6°F will be displayed for 2 seconds.
- When "Lo" and a flashing °C or °F appear, the thermometer is ready for use.
- Refer to the temperature measurement section for placement instructions.
- Keep the user still during measurement.
- During measurement, the °C or °F symbol will flash and the temperature will change until a stable reading is achieved.
- Once a constant temperature is reached (approximately 10 seconds*), a beep will sound 10 times, and the temperature symbol will stop flashing.
- After the beeping stops, remove the thermometer from the measurement site.
- The highest temperature recorded will appear on the screen.
- Turn off the thermometer by pressing the button.
- Although the thermometer will automatically turn off after 10 minutes, it is advisable to turn it off manually after each use to conserve power.
- The last reading will be stored in memory.
- For improved accuracy, it is recommended to keep the thermometer in the mouth or rectum for an additional 2 minutes, or in the armpit for about 5 minutes after the beep.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
