Directions for Use
To use the nasal wash system:
- Fill the nasal wash bottle with lukewarm water.
- Add one salt sachet for an isotonic solution (as salty as the body) or two sachets for a hypertonic solution (saltier than the body) which is more effective for congestion.
- Screw the lid on tightly and shake well to dissolve the salt.
- Place the silicone tip firmly against one nostril, hold your breath, and gently squeeze the bottle to rinse. This helps prevent the solution from running down the throat.
- The solution will exit through the other nostril. Have a tissue ready to blow your nose afterward.
Storage & Warnings
- Do not rinse if the nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears.
- Avoid using water above 60°C.
- If you have had ear surgery, consult your physician before using this product.
- Recommended for children aged 12 and above. Consult a physician for younger children.
- Rinsing with plain water can cause a severe burning sensation; do not use plain water for rinsing.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
