Directions for Use
- Expand the reservoir by pulling the clear plastic down.
- Fill the reservoir with warm water and securely close it.
- Insert a tip into the top of the unit until it clicks into place.
- Turn the unit on to prime until water flows from the tip, then turn off.
- Lean over the sink, keeping your lips closed enough to prevent splashing while allowing water to flow into the sink.
- Start on a low setting and aim the water at a 90-degree angle to your gumline, following the gumline and pausing briefly between teeth.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
