    General Information

    The Tubular Support Bandage is designed to provide support and compression for tired, aching, or injured limbs. It allows complete freedom of movement while securely holding wound dressings in place. This product is available in a variety of sizes.

    Length: 1m

    Size D: Suitable for wrist, lower arm, elbow, ankle, and small knee.

    Limb Circumference: 25 - 35cm. Sizes and limb applications are approximate; for the best fit, measure around the widest part of the affected limb.

    Material: 78% Cotton, 22% Latex.

    Directions for Use

    For optimal effect, use the Tubular Support Bandage as a double layer.

    Instructions:

    • Wrist and Lower Arm:
      1. Measure the required length of the bandage against the limb, double the length, and cut.
      2. Cut a small thumb hole in both layers.
      3. Slide the bandage over the wrist and insert your thumb through the hole.
      4. Fold the remaining bandage back over your wrist, inserting your thumb through the second hole.
    • Elbow, Ankle, and Knee:
      1. Measure the required length of the bandage against the limb, double the length, and cut.
      2. Pull the bandage over the limb and double it back, ensuring the top layer extends approximately 3cm beyond the bottom layer.

    Storage & Warnings

    Washing Instructions: Hand wash only using warm, mild soapy water. Do not wring; air dry only. Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and ironing. The use of ointments, liniments, oils, or other skin products may damage the material.

    Store in clean, dry conditions between +5ºC to +40ºC and at a relative humidity of less than 60%. It is recommended to use the original packaging for storage or transport.

    Warnings: Individuals with sensitivity to cotton or latex blends may experience a rash or irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical advisor. For any questions regarding the product, please consult your medical advisor.

      Damaged or Defective Items
      If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

      Non-Damaged Returns
      If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

      Restocking Fees
      Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

      Return Timeframe

      • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
      • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
        No exceptions!

      Return Authorization
      Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

      Non-Returnable Items
      For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

      Supplier Information
      To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

      Shipping Damage
      If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

      Altered or Incomplete Returns
      Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

      Prepaid Shipping Labels
      When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

      Refund Processing
      We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

      Supplier-Specific Returns
      Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
