General Information

The Premium Patella Knee Brace Stabiliser is designed to provide enhanced support and stability around the patella, aiding in the healing of injuries and sprains. It is suitable for both the left and right knee.

Available Sizes (Knee Circumference):

  • Small: Up to 350mm
  • Medium: 350 - 400mm
  • Large: 400 - 450mm
  • X-Large: 450mm and above

Directions for Use

  1. Wear against the skin or over clothing.
  2. Align the brace so that the padding is positioned on the correct side of the knee cap (left or right).
  3. Loosen the straps and gently pull the brace over the knee, ensuring it fits into the shaped recess.
  4. Secure the brace by adjusting both straps until it is firm yet comfortable; do not over tighten.

Storage & Warnings

For maintenance, hand wash only in warm, mild soapy water and air dry. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Note that using ointments, liniments, oils, or similar skin products may damage the material.

If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Be aware that sensitivity to neoprene or neoprene blends may lead to rashes or irritation. Discontinue use immediately if this occurs and consult a medical advisor. Avoid over tightening, as it may affect circulation. Please note that due to continuous improvements, the color and appearance may vary.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
