Directions for Use
Assembly and height adjustment instructions:
- Remove the securing clip holder and unfold the four sections until they snap into place.
- Loosen the locking ring.
- Press the pin push button and slide the stick up or down to the desired height.
- Lock the pin push button into the notch to secure the height. Ensure the pin is fully protruding.
- Tighten the locking ring and verify the height is suitable. Adjust if necessary.
To measure the appropriate height:
- Wear your walking shoes and stand upright.
- Allow your arms to hang naturally with a slight bend (15–30°).
- Measure from your wrist joint to the floor to determine the correct walking stick height.
Washing instructions:
- Wipe with mild soap and water and dry thoroughly.
Storage & Warnings
CAUTION: Inspect all parts for damage prior to use. Discontinue use if the walking stick becomes damaged. Ensure rubber tips are securely attached and replace when worn or damaged. Always check the user weight capacity before use and exercise caution when walking on uneven or wet surfaces.
This product is guaranteed for 12 months of normal use to be free from manufacturing defects, in addition to all statutory warranties and guarantees.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
