Directions for Use

Assembly & Height Adjustment Instructions

  • Loosen the locking ring.
  • Push in the pin push button and slide up or down to adjust height.
  • Lock the pin push button into the notch when the desired height is reached. Ensure the pin is fully protruding for a secure lock.
  • Tighten the locking ring and verify that the height is appropriate. Adjust if necessary.

Height Measurement Instructions

Put on your walking shoes and stand upright. Let your arms hang naturally with a slight bend (15–30°). Measure from your wrist joint to the floor to determine the appropriate height for your walking stick.

Washing Instructions

Wipe the stick with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly.

Storage & Warnings

CAUTION: Inspect all parts for damage prior to use. Discontinue use if the walking stick becomes damaged. Ensure the rubber tips are securely attached and replace them when worn or damaged. Check the user weight capacity before use and exercise extra caution when walking on uneven or wet ground.

This product is guaranteed for 12 months under normal use to be free from manufacturing defects. Due to continual improvement, the color and appearance may vary.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
