Directions for Use

For adults, take 2 tablets daily, dissolved in 200 ml of water. Do not exceed a maximum daily dose of 10 tablets unless directed by a health professional.

Storage & Warnings

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. This product is not suitable for dehydration caused by diarrhea. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. For adults only; keep out of reach of children. Store the tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Each tablet contains 77 mg of potassium and 144 mg of sodium, with a maximum daily sodium intake of 1440 mg. Individuals with kidney disease or those taking heart or blood pressure medications should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. Contains sucralose and sugars (glucose).

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Shipping Damage

    Altered or Incomplete Returns

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
