Voltaren Pain Relief Gel is designed for targeted relief of muscle and joint pain. This medicated emulsion gel contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) called diclofenac, which penetrates deep into the skin to reduce inflammation and alleviate pain. It is particularly effective for pain, tenderness, or swelling related to inflammation or injury.

The gel offers a soothing effect and is suitable for adults and children aged 12 years and older. It can be used to relieve pain associated with soft-tissue injuries, trauma to tendons, ligaments, muscles, and joints, as well as mild osteoarthritis pain in the knees and fingers.

The 20g tube is convenient for travel and ensures a long shelf life of 1095 days.

Ingredients

Directions for Use

Apply Voltaren Pain Relief Gel directly to the area of pain. Do not use for more than 2 weeks unless directed by a medical professional.

Storage & Warnings

Do not use Voltaren Pain Relief Gel:

  • On children under 12 years
  • During the last 3 months of pregnancy
  • If allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, or other anti-inflammatory medications
  • If the tube seal is broken or missing

Consult a doctor before use if:

  • You are in the first 6 months of pregnancy
  • You are trying to become pregnant or are breastfeeding

Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience an allergic reaction. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes. Unless instructed by a doctor or pharmacist, do not use this product alongside other regularly taken medications.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
