Directions for Use
To use the heat patch, tear open the plastic packet just before application. Remove the protective film and apply the adhesive side of the patch to the affected area, either directly on the skin or on clothing if it feels too hot. To remove, peel off the patch slowly and dispose of it in normal household waste. Do not leave the patch on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours within a 24-hour period. Only use one heat patch per day on the same skin area. Avoid cutting, piercing, or wetting the patch. For external single use only. Do not ingest. If pain worsens or remains unchanged, stop use and consult a doctor.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use the patch on children under 12 years of age or individuals who cannot remove the patch independently. Avoid use if you have conditions such as nerve damage, poor circulation, heart disease, are pregnant, have skin conditions, or possess very delicate skin. Do not use if the patch is damaged, leaking, or if you have had an allergic reaction to heat patches before. Avoid applying on areas where heat sensation is absent, on the face or mucous membranes, on damaged skin, or on bruises/swelling within 48 hours of an injury. Do not lie on the patch or apply pressure during use.
Consult a doctor or pharmacist if unsure about using this product. The patch contains iron; in case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention. If the powder from the patch comes into contact with eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical help. Patches may cause skin irritation, burns, or blisters; monitor your skin regularly. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or other changes in the skin where the patch was applied.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
