Ingredients
This product is made from high-quality, durable poly-cotton and does not contain natural rubber latex. It includes materials such as nylon and spandex.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the sling is clean and free from damage. Check all straps, buckles, and attachments for secure fastening.
- Position the elbow in the pocket of the sling, ensuring that the wrist and three-quarters of the hand are also supported.
- If your sling has a thumb loop, place the thumb in it to help maintain forearm alignment.
- Pass the neck strap over the opposite shoulder, through the O-ring, and secure it with the Velcro fastener so the padded support rests evenly on the shoulders.
- Pass the waist strap around the waist, through the O-ring, and back on itself to secure.
- Ensure that the hand rests slightly above the elbow or as directed by your healthcare practitioner, and that the arm is well supported.
- Check that the fit is snug and comfortable, without creating pressure points.
The entire sling can be hand washed in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dried. Ensure thorough rinsing, as leftover soap may cause skin irritation or damage the material.

This device is intended for use by licensed medical professionals, patients, caregivers, or family members assisting with patient care. Users should be able to understand and follow the provided instructions, warnings, and precautions.
- This product is designed for use on one patient only.
- Do not use the sling for any purpose other than its intended use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
