Directions for Use
- Ensure the sling immobilizer is clean and free from damage. Check all straps, buckles, and attachments for secure fastening.
- Detach shoulder strap buckles and open the front panel.
- Position the elbow in the pocket of the sling as far back as possible.
- The thumb may be placed in the thumb support to help maintain forearm alignment.
- Pass the neck strap over the opposite shoulder and secure it using quick release buckles. The outside buckle can be released to increase the range of motion for rehabilitation and exercise.
- Secure the Velcro at the top of the sling.
- Pass the waist strap around the waist, through the O ring at the fingers, and back on itself to secure the arm against the body.
- Check that the hand is resting slightly above the elbow or as directed by your healthcare practitioner and that the arm is well supported.
- Ensure the fit is snug and comfortable, with no pressure points or impediment to circulation.
The entire Victor Recovery Immobilizer can be hand washed in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dried. Note: If not rinsed thoroughly, residual soap may cause skin irritation or deteriorate the material.

This device is intended for use by licensed medical professionals, patients, caregivers, or family members assisting with patient care. Users should be capable of comprehending and executing all instructions, warnings, and precautions provided.
- This product is designed for use on one patient only.
- Do not use the sling immobilizer for any purpose other than its intended use.
- It is recommended that the immobilizer is first applied by or under the supervision of a qualified healthcare practitioner.
- Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or uncertainties regarding the use of this device, especially in the case of lymphoedema, skin diseases, circulatory or sensory disturbances.
- The immobilizer should be snug but not compressive or impairing circulation.
- Do not use over open wounds.
- Discontinue use if you experience increased pain, swelling, discomfort, or any adverse reactions and seek advice from your healthcare practitioner.
- Check packaging carefully and do not use if the package is open or the device is damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
