Ingredients

Materials used in this product include:

  • Outsole: Thermoplastic Rubber
  • Base: Polypropylene
  • Struts: PA6 + 35% GF
  • Straps: Nylon
  • Pump: TPU
  • Liner: Polyester, Foam
  • Air Bladder: TPU film + Foam
  • Insole: EVA Foam

Note: This product is latex-free.

Directions for Use

To ensure proper use of the boot:

  1. Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot.
  2. Place the boot flat on the floor and insert the foot, ensuring the heel is positioned all the way back.
  3. Secure the liner to the leg by overlapping it over the top of the foot and at the front of the lower leg.
  4. Fasten the Velcro straps, starting with the ones closest to the toes. Ensure not to over tighten.

As swelling may change within a day, adjust the strap tightness as needed for comfort.

Care instructions for the liner:

  • Hand wash in 30°C water with mild detergent.
  • Do not bleach or use softeners; rinse thoroughly and air dry.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

The exterior shell can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to dry naturally.

Storage & Warnings

  • This product should be used under medical supervision. Follow instructions provided by your healthcare professional regarding application, frequency, and duration of use.
  • Consult a medical professional before modifying the use of the brace.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
