Note: This product is latex-free.
Directions for Use
- Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot.
- Place the boot flat on the floor and insert the foot, ensuring the heel is positioned at the back of the boot.
- Secure the lining to the leg by overlapping the liner over the top of the foot and at the front of the lower leg.
- Fasten the Velcro straps, starting with those closest to the toes. Note: Do not over-tighten.
- Inflate the liner by pumping air to the desired comfort level. Warning: Do not overinflate. To deflate, turn the valve under the pump to release air.
The liner can be hand washed in 30-degree Celsius water using mild detergent. Do not use bleach or softeners. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The exterior shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap; allow it to dry naturally.

- Do not over-tighten straps, as it may reduce blood flow or sensation.
- Not suitable for patients who cannot express physical discomfort.
- Exercise caution when walking on slippery surfaces to prevent injury.
- At high altitudes, the airbags may exceed the optimum level; adjust by loosening the straps.
- Check the walker before use and do not use if damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
