Directions for Use
- Step 1: Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot.
- Step 2: Place the boot flat on the floor and insert your foot into the boot, ensuring the heel is at the back.
- Step 3: Secure the liner by overlapping it on the top of the foot and at the front of the lower leg.
- Step 4: Fasten the Velcro straps, starting with those closest to the toes. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Adjust the tightness as swelling changes throughout the day.
- Step 5: Inflate: Pump air into the liner to your desired comfort level. DO NOT overinflate. To deflate, turn the valve under the pump to release air.
Care instructions: Hand wash the liner in 30°C water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or softeners. Rinse thoroughly and air dry completely. The exterior shell can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to dry naturally. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

- Do not overinflate as it may cause skin irritation, especially in patients with diabetic neuropathy. Reduce pressure if skin changes or discomfort occurs.
- Do not over tighten straps as this may reduce blood flow or sensation.
- Avoid use on patients unable to express physical discomfort.
- Exercise caution when walking on slippery surfaces to prevent injury.
- At high altitude, the airbags may exceed the optimum level; adjust by loosening straps.
- Check the walker prior to use and do not use if damaged.
- This product is for support only and is not intended to prevent injuries or their recurrence.
- Avoid use for unstable fractures of the lower leg, ankle, and foot.
- Do not use if allergic to any materials in the product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
