Directions for Use
- Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot.
- Place the boot flat on the floor and insert the foot inside the boot, ensuring the heel is all the way to the back.
- Secure the liner to the leg by overlapping it on the top of the foot and front of the lower leg.
- Secure the Velcro straps starting with those closest to the toes. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN. Adjust the strap tightness as swelling patterns change.
- Inflate the liner to the desired comfort level using the pump. DO NOT overinflate. To deflate, turn the valve under the pump to release air.
For cleaning, hand wash the liner in 30 degrees C water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The exterior shell can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to dry naturally.

- This product should be used under the supervision of a medical professional. Follow the instructions provided by your healthcare provider regarding application, frequency, and duration of use.

- If you experience pain, swelling, or any unusual reaction while using the product, consult your medical professional immediately.
- Do not use over open wounds or compromised skin.
- Do not overinflate, as this may cause irritation in patients with diabetic neuropathy.
- Avoid over-tightening straps to prevent reduced blood flow.
- Use caution when walking on slippery surfaces.
- At high altitudes, adjust the straps as necessary to avoid excessive inflation of the airbags.
- Check the walker for damage before use; do not use if damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
