Directions for Use
- Open the boot liner without removing it from the boot.
- Place the boot flat on the floor and insert the foot, ensuring the heel is at the back of the boot.
- Secure the lining to the leg by overlapping it on the top of the foot and at the front of the lower leg.
- Secure the Velcro straps starting with the ones closest to the toes. Avoid over-tightening.
- Inflate the liner to a comfortable level. To deflate, turn the valve under the pump to release air.
For cleaning, hand wash the liner in 30°C water with mild detergent. Do not bleach or use fabric softeners. Rinse thoroughly and air dry. The exterior shell can be wiped with a damp cloth and mild soap; dry naturally.
Storage & Warnings
This product should be used under the supervision of a medical professional. Follow their guidance regarding application, frequency and duration of use, and removal of the walker. Consult a medical professional before making any changes to the brace.
Do not use over open wounds or compromised skin, and be cautious of over-inflation which may cause skin irritation. Ensure the straps are not overly tight to avoid reducing blood flow or sensation. This product is intended for support only and should not be used by individuals unable to express discomfort.
Please check the walker before use and do not use if damaged. Care should be taken when walking on slippery surfaces.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
