Directions for Use
Follow these steps to apply the 60 Degree Ankle Support:
- Wear an absorbent sock. Unfasten the strap from the black plastic ring, open the top flaps, and expand the brace. Slide your foot, toe-first, into the top of the brace. Pull the brace stabilizers upward and align them with the sides of your ankle.
- Wrap the flaps around the top of your ankle and secure them.
- Insert the end of the strap into the black plastic ring. Bend your knee to ensure it aligns over your toes. Pull the strap until it feels snug and secure the end onto the body of the strap.
Removal: Unfasten the Velcro straps and gently bring your foot and ankle out of the brace. To reapply, please follow the application steps above.
The entire Victor 60 Degree Ankle Support can be hand washed in lukewarm water with mild soap and air dried. Allow it to dry naturally.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
