Vicks® VapoRub Lavender Scent Decongestant Cough & Cold Chest Rub is now available in a soothing Lavender scent. This ointment releases medicinal vapours for up to 8 hours, effectively relieving cough and nasal congestion to support a peaceful night's sleep.

Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Menthol 2.82% w/w, Eucalyptus Oil 1.33% w/w.
Other Ingredients: Racemic Camphor, Turpentine Oil, Cedar Leaf Oil, Nutmeg Oil, Lavender Oil, Fragrance, and Thymol in a White Soft Paraffin base.
Directions for Use
For nasal congestion and cough:
- Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Apply a thick layer on the chest, neck, and back.
- Steam Inhalation: For adults and children 12 years and above: Fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Inhale the vapours with a towel over your head and the bowl for 10-15 minutes. This can be repeated up to four times a day.
For muscular aches and pains: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
Storage & Warnings
Storage: Keep below 30°C.
Warnings:
- Do not use on children under 2 years of age unless directed by a physician.
- Avoid contact with eyes and do not apply to nostrils, around the nose, wounds, or damaged skin.
- Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads.
- For steam inhalation, ensure safe usage to prevent burns or scalds. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Do not leave children unsupervised.
- Do not heat in a microwave or reheat the mixture. Do not add to the boiling water.
- Consult a doctor if fever is present or if symptoms persist. Seek medical advice if pregnant or breastfeeding before use.
- Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or mucous membranes. Rinse eyes with water immediately if contact occurs.
- Do not use if allergic to any ingredients listed.
- If you have sensitive skin, test on a small area first.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
