Ingredients
The active ingredients include:
Menthol 2.75% w/w, Eucalyptus oil 1.5% w/w. It also contains Cupressus fenebris Twig Wood Oil, Racemic Camphor, Thymol, Turpentine Oil, and White Soft Paraffin.
Directions for Use
For topical use (adults and children 2 years and older):
- Remove the cap and twist the bottom to release the ointment.
- For relief from nasal congestion and cough: Apply on the chest, neck, and back up to 4 times a day. Ensure clothing is loose for optimal inhalation of vapors.
- For relief from minor aches and pains: Rub on the affected areas up to 4 times a day or as directed by a physician.
- For steaming application (adults and children 12 years and older): Twist the bottom to fill 2 teaspoonfuls of ointment and add to a bowl with 500 mL of steaming (not boiling) water. Inhale the vapors with a towel over the head and bowl for 10-15 minutes, up to 4 times a day. Always supervise children to prevent scalding. Discard bowl contents after use. Do not microwave or add to boiling water.
Storage & Warnings
- Keep out of reach of children.
- For external use only. Use only as directed.
- Consult a doctor if fever is present, symptoms persist, or if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Do not use on children under 2 years for topical application, and under 12 years for steam inhalation.
- Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Rinse with water if contact occurs.
- Do not apply to the face, nostrils, around the nose, or on wounds or damaged skin.
- Read instructions carefully for safe steam inhalation usage.
- Incorrect usage may cause serious burns or scalds.
- Do not leave children unsupervised.
- Do not use if allergic to any listed ingredients.
- Test on a small skin area if you have sensitive skin before broader application. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Do not bandage tightly or use with heating pads. Keep clothing loose.
- In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical assistance immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
