Vicks VapoDrops +Cough Lemon Menthol contains 36 lozenges designed to provide relief for sore throats, coughs, and blocked noses associated with colds. These lozenges are suitable for adults and children over the age of 6.

Ingredients

Each lozenge contains extracts equivalent to the following dry ingredients:

  • Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) 15 mg
  • Zingiber officinale (Ginger) 10 mg
  • Phyllanthus emblica (Indian gooseberry) 10 mg
  • Menthol 7 mg

Active ingredients include:

  • Glycyrrhiza glabra dry root extract 3 mg
  • Zingiber officinale dry rhizome extract 1 mg
  • Phyllanthus emblica dry fruit extract 2.5 mg
  • Menthol 7 mg

Additional ingredients: Each lozenge contains a total of 21 mg of menthol. May contain hydroxybenzoates, sugars, and sulfites.

Directions for Use

For adults and children over 6 years, dissolve 1 lozenge in your mouth every 2 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 lozenges in one day.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 25° Celsius. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients listed on the label. Consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms persist for more than one week, or if accompanied by high fever, headache, or nausea, seek medical advice.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
