Vicks® Cough Syrup Dry + Chesty Xtra Strong is designed to provide dual relief from dry and chesty coughs. This formulation helps relieve dry cough, thin phlegm, and alleviate a blocked nose. It includes ingredients that are traditionally used in both Western Herbal and Ayurvedic medicine.

Ingredients
Each 10mL of syrup contains:
- Ocimum sanctum (Holy basil) dry herb extract 12.5 mg
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Liquorice) dry root extract 12 mg
- Curcuma longa (Turmeric) dry rhizome extract 5 mg
- Zingiber officinale (Ginger) dry rhizome extract 5 mg
- Piper cubeba (Tailed pepper) dry fruit extract 0.83 mg
- Aloe barbadensis (Aloe vera) dry leaf extract 12.5 mg
- Honey 400 mg
- Levomenthol 6 mg
This product contains sugars, sorbic acid, sodium benzoate, and hydroxybenzoates. Please read ingredients carefully and avoid use if you have a known sensitivity to menthol or any of the ingredients. In rare cases, Curcumin species may affect liver function. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
Directions for Use
Shake well before use. Follow the dosing instructions below:
- Adults & children 12 years and above: 10mL
- Children 6-11 years: 5mL
Not for use in children under 6 years of age. Repeat every 4 hours as needed, but do not exceed 3 doses per day. Do not exceed the stated dose.
Storage & Warnings
Store below 25°C in a tightly closed container. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist, seek advice from a health professional. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
