Directions for Use
Use the toothbrush twice daily, in the morning and evening, along with toothpaste to maintain good oral hygiene. After each use, rinse the toothbrush and allow it to air dry.
Storage & Warnings
Store the toothbrush in a dry place. Ensure proper hygiene by replacing the toothbrush as needed and avoiding sharing it with others.
Shipping Information
Delivery will be made to the Buyer’s address, and the Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to accept delivery. All products are shipped by a third-party logistics carrier chosen by the Seller. Please note that international orders are not accepted, and delivery dates provided by the Seller are estimates only.
Returns Policy
The Buyer should inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Seller within fourteen (14) days of any defects or discrepancies. If the Buyer believes the Goods are defective, they must afford the Seller an opportunity to inspect them. If the Seller agrees that the Goods can be rejected, their liability is limited to either replacing or repairing the Goods. The Goods must be returned in their original condition, and the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
No exceptions!
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
