Systane Original Lubricating Eye Drops provide soothing comfort for dry eye therapy. These eye drops are scientifically formulated to deliver long-lasting relief from the signs and symptoms associated with dry and irritated eyes. Systane helps alleviate ocular fatigue, burning, stinging, and the sensation of grittiness, which may occur due to insufficient natural tear film, exposure to wind or sun, or prolonged screen time.

Ingredients
The formulation includes:
- Polyethylene Glycol 400 - 4 mg/mL
- Propylene Glycol - 3 mg/mL
- Boric Acid
- Hydroxypropyl Guar
- Calcium Chloride
- Magnesium Chloride
- Potassium Chloride
- Sodium Chloride
- Zinc Chloride
- POLYQUAD™ (polyquaternium-1) - 0.001% preservative
- Purified Water
May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment.
Directions for Use
Instil 1 to 2 drops into the affected eye as needed or as directed by your doctor. After applying, blink to help spread the drops over the surface of the eye.
Storage & Warnings
Store at or below 25°C.
For ophthalmic use only. Follow your eye care practitioner's instructions and all labeling guidelines for proper use. Discontinue use and consult a doctor or eye care professional if you experience eye pain, excessive tearing, vision changes, continued redness or irritation, or if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 72 hours. Do not use if the solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
Temporary blurred vision may occur. If this happens, wait until your vision clears before driving or operating machinery.
IMPORTANT: See package insert for complete instructions and safety information. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH. Ensure the tamper-evident cap is intact before use. Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. Sterile until opened.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
