Directions for Use
To use Systane® Hydration UD Lubricant Eye Drops, twist off the top of the single-use vial and instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed. Blink afterward. For those wearing contact lenses, apply 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) if minor irritation or discomfort occurs, then blink 2 or 3 times. Discard the vial after use according to local waste management guidelines.
Storage & Warnings
Store the product at temperatures between 5 to 25°C.
It is important to adhere to your eye care professional's instructions for proper product use. Discontinue use and consult your eye care professional if you experience persistent discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness. Systane® Hydration UD is not intended as a cleanser or disinfectant for contact lenses.
Be cautious, as temporary blurred vision may occur, affecting your ability to drive or operate machinery. Wait for your vision to clear before engaging in such activities.
- Do not touch the tip of the vial to any surface to avoid contamination.
- Use before the expiration date indicated on the product.
- Discard any remaining contents after use; do not save unused solution.
- Keep out of reach of children.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
