Systane® HYDRATION Preservative-Free Lubricant Eye Drops offer long-lasting relief for dry eye symptoms. Utilizing a dual-action formula that includes hyaluronic acid, these drops enhance moisture retention and provide protection against dehydration, while also supporting the healing of the ocular surface.

Ingredients

The eye drops contain the following active ingredients:

  • Sodium hyaluronate
  • Polyethylene glycol 400
  • Propylene glycol

Other ingredients include:

  • Hydroxypropyl guar
  • Sorbitol
  • Aminomethyl propanol
  • Boric acid
  • Sodium borate
  • Potassium chloride
  • Sodium chloride
  • Purified water

May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Directions for Use

Apply 1 or 2 drops to the affected eye(s) as needed. The drops can be used while wearing contact lenses. If minor irritation or discomfort occurs, place 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) and blink a few times. For optimal results, shake the bottle downward before closing the cap to remove any residual product.

Storage & Warnings

Store below 30°C. Do not use if allergic to any ingredients. If you experience persistent discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes, or redness, discontinue use and consult your eye care professional. These eye drops are not intended for cleaning or disinfecting contact lenses. Temporary blurred vision may occur; do not drive or operate machinery until vision is clear.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
