Directions for Use
Adults should take one tablet daily, preferably during or immediately after a main meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, consult a doctor before taking Vitamin A supplements, as high doses can cause birth defects. A dosage exceeding 3000 µg/RE of Vitamin A should be avoided.
Consult a healthcare professional if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness after taking this product. This supplement contains Vitamin B6.
Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements, as it can be toxic in high doses.
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you are taking warfarin or if symptoms persist.
This product is not intended to treat iron deficiency conditions.
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
