Directions for Use
For adults, take one tablet daily, preferably during or immediately after a main meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
- If you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking Vitamin A supplements.
- High doses of Vitamin A may cause birth defects. The recommended daily intake for women is 700 mcg/RE.
- Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness.
- Contains selenium; do not exceed 150 micrograms from dietary supplements.
- Avoid taking while on warfarin therapy unless advised by a doctor.
- This product is not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
- In rare cases, Curcuma species may cause liver harm; seek medical attention for symptoms such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, or abdominal pain.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
