Each film-coated tablet contains:
- Folic acid - 250 micrograms
- Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) - 1.25 micrograms
- Selenium (from selenomethionine) - 6.5 micrograms
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate) - 6 mg
- Dyer's woad (Isatis tinctoria extract) - 11 mg, equiv. dry root and rhizome 55 mg
- Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng extract) - 5.5 mg, equiv. dry root 55 mg
- Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra extract) - 13.75 mg, equiv. dry root and stolon 55 mg
- Nettle (Urtica dioica extract) - 62.5 mg, equiv. dry root 1 g
- Pumpkin seed (Cucurbita pepo extract) - 25 mg, equiv. dry seed 500 mg
- Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum extract) - 2.75 mg, equiv. dry fruiting body 55 mg
- Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens extract) - 320.84 mg, equiv. dry fruit 4 g
- Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum extract) - 10 mg, equiv. fresh fruit 3.5 g
- Turmeric (Curcuma longa extract) - 5 mg, equiv. dry rhizome 100 mg

Directions for Use
Adults are recommended to take two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
This product should be stored appropriately. If symptoms persist, consult your health professional. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet.
This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. The daily dose for adults should not exceed 150 micrograms from dietary supplements.
In rare cases, Curcuma species may cause liver issues. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
