Directions for Use

For adults, take one tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Storage & Warnings

Warnings:

  • If pregnant or considering pregnancy, consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements.
  • Excessive intake of vitamin A may cause birth defects. The recommended daily amount from all sources is 700 µg/RE for women and 900 µg/RE for men.
  • In rare cases, black cohosh has been linked to liver failure. Seek medical attention if you experience symptoms like yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, or unusual tiredness.
  • Stop use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness.
  • This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily dose of 150 µg from dietary supplements.
  • Consult your doctor before use if taking warfarin therapy.
  • This product is not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.
  • If using Curcuma species, stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.
  • If symptoms persist, consult your healthcare professional.
  • Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Shipping Damage
