Each soft capsule contains:
- Biotin: 1.3 mg
- Vitamin A (retinol acetate): 112.50 micrograms/RE
- Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid from calcium pantothenate): 10 mg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin): 1.2 micrograms
- Vitamin C (ascorbic acid): 6.30 mg
- Vitamin E (d-alpha-tocopherol): 6 mg
- Copper (from copper gluconate): 212.50 micrograms
- Iron (from iron amino acid chelate): 2.25 mg
- Iodine (from potassium iodide): 50 micrograms
- Manganese (from manganese amino acid chelate): 1.3 mg
- Selenium (from selenomethionine): 27.50 micrograms
- Silicon (from colloidal anhydrous silica): 50 mg
- Zinc (from zinc amino acid chelate): 7.5 mg
- Grape seed (Vitis vinifera extract): 100 mg equivalent to dry seed 12 g
- Vitex (Vitex agnus-castus extract): 1 mg equivalent to dry fruit 100 mg
This product contains phenylalanine, soya beans, and sulfites. Allergens include phenylalanine, soybean, and sulfites.
Directions for Use
The recommended adult dosage is two capsules daily, to be taken during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg/RE for women and 900 mcg/RE for men. Excess intake of vitamin A (over 3000 mcg/RE) may cause birth defects. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. The daily intake of selenium from dietary supplements should not exceed 150 mcg for adults.
Vitex agnus-castus may affect hormones and medications, such as oral contraceptives. Consult a health professional before use.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
