Directions for Use
The recommended dosage for adults is two capsules daily, taken during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Storage & Warnings
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking vitamin A supplements if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as excessive intake can lead to birth defects. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A is 700 micrograms for women and 900 micrograms for men.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium, which can be toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a daily intake of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
