Strataderm is a rapidly drying, transparent silicone gel specifically formulated for the treatment of both old and new scars. It is designed to soften and flatten scars, alleviate itching and discomfort, and reduce redness and discoloration. This product is suitable for the prevention and treatment of abnormal scars, including keloids and hypertrophic scars. It can be applied to all skin areas, including sensitive regions such as the face, neck, joints, and hairy areas without the need for shaving.

Directions for Use
- Ensure the scar is clean and dry.
- Apply a very thin layer of Strataderm to the scar and allow it to dry. When applied correctly, it should dry in 3-4 minutes. If it takes longer, gently remove excess product with a tissue and continue the drying process.
- Once dry, Strataderm can be covered with sunscreen, cosmetics, pressure garments, or casts.
- For optimal results, apply once daily, or twice daily to exposed areas, or as advised by your physician.
- Maintain continuous contact with the skin for best results (24/7). Treatment duration is typically recommended for a minimum of 60-90 days; larger and older scars may require longer treatment.
Storage & Warnings
- For external use only.
- Do not apply on third-degree burns or open wounds.
- Avoid contact with mucous membranes and eyes.
- Consult your physician before applying over other skin treatments.
- May stain clothing if not fully dry; dry cleaning can typically remove stains without fabric damage.
- Close the tube tightly after use.
- If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use after the expiration date printed on the tube.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
