General Information
Skin Shield Latex Gloves are crafted from natural rubber, consisting of approximately 60% water, 35% rubber, and 5% protein. With a low allergy protein level of 100mcg/g, these powder-free gloves minimize skin irritations and prevent residue on hands and equipment. They are lightweight, strong, and comfortable for both short and long-term use, featuring textured fingertips and/or palms for superior grip. Odourless upon removal, these gloves offer a contoured fit and an anatomically accurate design for excellent tactile sensitivity and high dexterity. Available in cream, they come in boxes of 100 and are suitable for healthcare, medical, dental, first aid, and first aid kits. ARTG No. 170149.

Storage & Warnings
Store gloves in a cool, dry place away from heat (ideal storage temperature is between 15°C and 25°C), light (direct sunlight and strong artificial light), moisture, and ozone. Avoid contact with oxidizing cleaning additives. Metals like copper or manganese can lead to discolouration and aging of the gloves.
The natural rubber latex may cause skin irritation and sensitization (an allergic skin reaction) in some individuals. Symptoms may include dry or itchy skin, skin sores, bumps, and/or rash around the glove area.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
