Seremind® is designed to assist in managing restlessness and recurring thoughts associated with anxious moods. It features Silexan®, a specially prepared and patented lavender oil that has been shown to help alleviate symptoms such as irritability, excessive worry, fatigue, and disturbed sleep.
Regular use of Seremind® may provide relief from mild anxiety symptoms, typically within two weeks.

Ingredients
Each capsule of Seremind contains:
- Active Ingredient: Lavender oil 80 mg
- Other Ingredients: Rape seed oil, sorbitol, glycerol, gelatin, purified water, annatto.
Note: Seremind does not contain egg, peanuts, soybeans, tree nut products, yeast, gluten, artificial colors, flavorings, or preservatives.
Directions for Use
Adults should take 1 capsule daily, swallowed whole with a full glass of water during mealtime. It is important not to take Seremind while lying down. This product is not intended for use by children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Storage & Warnings
Do not use Seremind if you are allergic to lavender oil or any of its ingredients. It is also contraindicated for individuals with impaired liver function.
Seremind is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as its safety in these situations has not been established.
Seremind contains sorbitol; consult your doctor if you have been advised that you are intolerant to certain sugars. For additional warnings and precautions, or to review potential side effects, please refer to the Seremind Consumer Leaflet.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Grocery items
- Undergarments
- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
