Ingredients

Fabric (Cellulose Acetate & Rayon), PEG-90M, Cellulose Gum, Algin, Chlorophyllin Copper Complex, CI 16035

Directions for Use

Follow these simple steps for optimal use:

  1. Place a dry wafer onto your clean, dry denture. If needed, trim any excess with scissors. If the wafer bunches at the back, cut a 'V' shape to adjust.
  2. Position the trimmed wafer on the denture with the white side facing up and the pink side down. Lightly mist the wafer with water; avoid oversaturation.
  3. Gently press the wafer into place using your fingertip.
  4. Insert the denture into your mouth and bite down evenly for 5 seconds.
  5. To remove the wafer, simply lift the corner and peel it away. Each wafer provides all-day hold and should be changed daily.

Storage & Warnings

Store in a cool, dry place. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Poorly fitting dentures can affect health and the adhesive action of SeaBond; consult your dentist regularly. If you have a history of swallowing or choking difficulties, this product may not be suitable for you. Keep out of reach of children.

Returns & Refunds

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
      No exceptions!

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items
    For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Grocery items
    • Undergarments
    • Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.

    Supplier-Specific Returns
    Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
