Schwarzkopf Nordic Blonde provides oil-enriched lightening with the ability to lift hair up to 8 levels. This product features improved HaptIQ System technology, which reduces hair breakage by up to 90%, resulting in a natural-looking blonde with effective anti-yellow properties.
It includes a post-colour treatment containing purple pigments designed to neutralize unwanted yellow tones and maintain healthy-looking blonde hair.
Suitable For: Light Blonde to Medium Brown hair. Not recommended for hair with more than slight greyness.

Directions for Use
DO NOT SWALLOW. Hair lighteners and colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow all instructions carefully.
For long or thick hair, and for first-time users, it is recommended to use two packs of Nordic Blonde.
Storage & Warnings
This product is an irritant and can harm eyes; protective eyewear should be used during application. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid using on broken or irritated skin. Do not apply if you have a rash on your face or have previously experienced a reaction to hair lightening or colouring products.
Always perform an allergy alert test 48 hours prior to use, even if you have used similar products before. In case of an allergic reaction or if you are unsure, consult a doctor before use.
Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames. Mix strictly according to instructions as the product may be flammable if it contacts other chemicals or flammable materials.
If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. For eye contact, rinse immediately with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical advice. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and rinse the skin with water.
This product is not intended for use on persons under 16 years of age.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
