Directions for Use
Please read and follow the instruction leaflet carefully. This product may cause an allergic reaction, so it is important to wear suitable gloves and avoid swallowing. Rinse hair thoroughly after application. For long or thick hair, and for first-time users, it is recommended to use two packs of Brilliance.
Storage & Warnings
Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
Warnings: This product may cause skin sensitization in some individuals. A preliminary allergy test should be conducted prior to use. This product is not intended for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse immediately if contact occurs. Conduct an allergy alert test 48 hours before each application, even if you have used coloring products before. If any reaction occurs or if you have concerns, consult a doctor before use.
Recycling Information: The box, leaflet, and bottle (after cleaning) can be placed in kerbside recycling bins. Gloves, glove packets, tubes, and tube caps are not recyclable via kerbside bins but can be recycled through TerraCycle. Visit TerraCycle.com for more details.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
