Directions for Use
For best results, please read the enclosed leaflet thoroughly before starting the application. The process involves five simple steps:
- Attach the foam applicator stick by twisting it into the opening of the white plastic cap.
- Hold the canister upright and press down the white plastic cap for 3-5 seconds to saturate the applicator.
- Remove the applicator and cap from the shield, then wait 15 seconds before applying to the skin tag.
- Insert the white cap into the skin tag holder.
- Position the holder behind the skin tag, move it forward until the skin tag reaches the holder’s base. Press down on the cap to make contact with the skin tag for 40 seconds.
Use only as directed and refer to the instruction leaflet before use.
Storage & Warnings
Store at room temperature, away from heat sources, and do not exceed temperatures of 50°C. Always use the applicator provided, and do not reuse it for multiple skin tags. The product should not be applied to the same skin tag more than four times.
Warnings: This product contains flammable contents under pressure. Keep away from flames, sparks, or sources of ignition. Do not smoke while using this product. Avoid contact with eyes and do not inhale. For external use only. If uncertain whether a skin condition is a skin tag, consult a healthcare professional before use. Not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including diabetes or poor blood circulation, and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
