Do not use: On children younger than 3 years, on open head or neck wounds, deep wounds, in the genital area, on the breast if breastfeeding, or if hypersensitive to Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride or Cetrimide.

Directions for Use
To use, pierce the tube seal with the point in the top of the cap. Clean the surrounding skin and apply Savlon Antiseptic Cream directly or on a piece of lint or cotton wool. This product is for external use only.
Do not use on children younger than 3 years. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. If swallowed, seek medical attention. Do not apply on open head or neck wounds, deep wounds, in the genital area, or on the breast if breastfeeding. Discontinue use if mild irritation occurs and consult a healthcare provider.

Storage Temperature: Store below 30 degrees Celsius.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Shipping Damage

Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
