Ingredients
Each lozenge contains:
- Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice powder - 200mg (equivalent to fresh juice 1.2g)
- Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) - 50mg
- Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) - 3mg
- Honey - 100mg
Contains sugars, sulfites, and pollen. Free from lactose, gelatin, and gluten.
Directions for Use
For general health and immune support, or as recommended by your healthcare professional:
- Adults: 1-2 lozenges hourly (maximum 16 per day)
- Children 9-12 years: 1 lozenge every 1-2 hours (maximum 8 per day)
- Children 6-9 years: 1 lozenge every 3 hours (maximum 4 per day)
Storage & Warnings
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Warnings: Contains zinc, which may be harmful in large amounts or with prolonged use. Keep out of reach of children and not suitable for those under 6 years of age. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains 7.1g of maltitol and 6.4g of sorbitol at the maximum recommended daily dose, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
