Directions for Use
To properly measure your blood pressure, follow these steps:
- Remove all jewelry from your left arm. If you have been diagnosed with poor circulation in your left arm, use your right arm.
- Roll or push your sleeve up to expose the skin, ensuring it is not too tight.
- Hold your arm with your palm facing up, and place the cuff on your upper arm. Make sure the tube is positioned off-center towards the inner side of your arm, in line with your little finger.
- Identify the main artery by pressing with two fingers approximately 2 cm above the bend of your elbow, on the inside of your left arm.
- The cuff should fit snugly but allow you to insert one finger between the cuff and your arm.
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, with your elbow at heart level. Place your palm facing upward and take 5-6 deep breaths.
- Press the start/stop button to begin the measurement.
Storage & Warnings
Caution
- Only a physician can determine your normal blood pressure range. Please contact a physician if your results fall outside the expected range.
- The appearance of the irregular heartbeat (IHB) icon indicates a pulse irregularity was detected during measurement. While this is typically not a cause for concern, frequent occurrences may warrant medical advice.
- This device does not replace a cardiac examination, but serves to detect pulse irregularities at an early stage.

- DIA - Diastolic Blood Pressure - Low Blood Pressure
- Irregular Heartbeat - Indicates an irregular heartbeat during measurement
- Warning Message - 'Out' indicates the measurement result is out of range (SYS: 60 mmHg to 230 mmHg; DIA: 40 mmHg to 130 mmHg; Pulse: 40-199 pulse/minute)

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Personal care products (e.g., diapers, foot massagers, skincare items)
Supplier Information
To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
