Directions for Use

  • Remove any jewelry from your left arm. If you have been diagnosed with poor circulation in your left arm, use your right arm instead.
  • Roll or push up your sleeve to expose the skin; ensure the sleeve is not too tight.
  • Apply the cuff to your wrist with your palm facing up, positioning it about 1 to 1.5 cm from the wrist joint.
  • Fasten the cuff snugly around your wrist, ensuring there is no extra room between the cuff and your skin.
  • Sit comfortably with your tested wrist resting on a flat surface and your elbow on a table, keeping the cuff at heart level.
  • Turn your palm upwards and sit upright in a chair, taking 5 to 6 deep breaths.
  • Press the start/stop button to turn on the monitor and begin the measurement.

Storage & Warnings

  • Caution: Consult a physician to determine your normal blood pressure range. Contact a physician if your reading falls outside this range.
  • Caution: If the irregular heartbeat (IHB) icon appears, it indicates a pulse irregularity detected during measurement. While this is usually not a cause for concern, frequent occurrences should prompt medical advice. This device is not a substitute for a comprehensive cardiac examination.

    • SYS - Systolic Blood Pressure - High Blood Pressure
    • DIA - Diastolic Blood Pressure - Low Blood Pressure
    • Irregular Heartbeat - Monitoring for irregular heartbeat during measurement
    • Warning Message - 'Out' indicates that the measurement is outside the specified range (SYS: 60 mmHg to 230 mmHg; DIA: 40 mmHg to 130 mmHg; Pulse: 40-199 pulse/minute)

    Damaged or Defective Items
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.

    Non-Damaged Returns
    If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.

    Restocking Fees
    Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.

    Return Timeframe

    • Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
    • All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    Return Authorization
    Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Supplier Information
    To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.

    Shipping Damage
    If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.

    Altered or Incomplete Returns
    Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.

    Prepaid Shipping Labels
    When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.

    Refund Processing
    We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
