Directions for Use
- Remove all jewelry, such as watches and bracelets, from your left arm. If you have poor circulation in your left arm, use your right arm instead.
- Roll or push up your sleeve to expose the skin and ensure it is not too tight.
- Hold your arm with your palm facing up and tie the cuff on your upper arm. Position the tubing towards the inner side of the arm in line with your little finger, or place the artery mark about 2 cm above the bend of your elbow on the inside of your left arm.
- Ensure the cuff is snug, allowing enough space for one finger to fit between the cuff and your arm.
- Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface, elbow at heart level, and turn your palm upwards. Sit upright in a chair and take 5-6 deep breaths.
- Press the start/stop button to initiate the measurement.
Storage & Warnings
- Caution: Only a physician can determine your normal blood pressure range. Contact a physician if your reading falls outside the normal range. Only a physician can assess whether your blood pressure has reached a dangerous level.
- Caution: The appearance of the Irregular Heartbeat (IHB) icon indicates a detected pulse irregularity. This is usually not a cause for concern, but if it appears frequently, seek medical advice. This device is not a substitute for a cardiac examination but can help detect pulse irregularities early.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
Supplier-Specific Returns
Since we work with multiple suppliers, each may have their own return procedures and timelines. We will coordinate with the appropriate supplier to handle your return in a timely manner.
