Directions for Use
Attaching the Medi-Bell to Medication:
- Take the Medi-Bell and bend it at the hinges to fit against the medication packaging. Do not bend further than 90°.
- Stretch the band until it reaches the hook on the bottom of the device.
- Ensure the band is firmly attached and not loose to prevent the device from falling off.
Setting Up the Timer and Alarm:
- Press the power button to turn on the Medi-Bell; the LCD screen will activate.
- The screen will flash and display “04:00”, indicating that the timer is ready to set.
- Use the up or down buttons to select the desired dosage interval.
- Press the green start button to begin the countdown; the timer will stop flashing and start counting down to “00:00”.
- When the timer reaches “00:00”, the device will beep and flash for 1 minute to remind you to take your medication.
- After taking the medication, press the green start button for 3 seconds to silence the alert and restart the countdown for the next dosage.
Storage & Warnings
Before storing the Medi-Bell, ensure it is turned off and the timer is not set, as leaving it on will quickly drain the battery.
- Do not attach medications that are not meant to be taken together.
- Each Medi-Bell can only provide alerts for one (1) time interval at a time.
- Do not stretch the elastic band more than twice its original length; ideally, it should be kept within 1.5 times its original length.
- Use a 5V 500mA or above power brick or adapter for proper charging.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
