Replens Long Lasting Vaginal Moisturiser offers soothing relief from vaginal dryness, irritation, and discomfort caused by vaginal atrophy, lasting up to three days per application. It helps replenish moisture within 30 days, addressing common issues associated with the natural aging process.
Applied internally once every three days, Replens ensures continuous moisture and comfort, promoting vaginal health. It can be used more or less frequently as needed, with a maximum of once per day. The product comes in ultra-slim, pre-filled applicators for hygienic and precise application inside the vagina.
Replens is hormone-free and compatible with polyisoprene, polyurethane, and natural rubber latex condoms. Please read the label and follow the directions for use. If symptoms persist, consult your physician.

Ingredients

Directions for Use
For adults, apply once every three days, preferably in the morning. For detailed instructions, please refer to the enclosed leaflet.
Storage & Warnings
Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children and do not use in children. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare provider before use. If vaginal irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your physician if symptoms persist.
Each applicator is individually wrapped for your protection. Do not use if the wrapper is torn or missing. Return the entire product with your receipt to the place of purchase if this is the case.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

To ensure fast delivery, we may use various suppliers across Australia, including well-known retailers.
Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
