Ingredients
Carmellose sodium 5 mg per 1 mL. Other ingredients include:
- Sodium chloride
- Sodium lactate
- Potassium chloride
- Calcium chloride dihydrate
- Magnesium chloride hexahydrate
- Sodium hydroxide
- Hydrochloric acid
- Purified water
Directions for Use
Always read the label before use. Ensure the ampoule is intact before use. To open, completely twist off the tab, then pull to remove. Instill 1 or 2 drops into each eye as needed or as directed, allowing 5 minutes between the administration of other eye products. This product is preservative-free and should be used immediately after opening to prevent contamination, which could lead to eye infections. The single-use ampoules are not intended for reuse and should be discarded immediately after the initial use.

Caution: Do not use if:
- Allergic to any ingredients
- The solution changes color or becomes cloudy
- The packaging shows evidence of tampering or is damaged
- The ampoule is damaged
- After the expiry date
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, persistent redness, or irritation, or if the condition worsens. This product may cause transient blurring of vision; wait until vision has cleared before driving or operating machinery. To avoid contamination or potential eye injury, do not touch the ampoule tip to any surface and avoid direct contact with the eye.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the product. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Non-Damaged Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Items returned due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchase, or changes in preferences (e.g., no longer wanted/needed, found a better price) may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%. This fee also applies to non-warranty returns.
Return Timeframe
- Electronics: Must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- All other items: Must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Authorization
Before returning any item, you must submit a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If you cannot refuse delivery, retain all packaging materials and notify us so we can process an RMA.
Altered or Incomplete Returns
Items that are altered, modified, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure all components are included before returning your item.
Prepaid Shipping Labels
When we provide a prepaid label, you must drop off the item or schedule a pick-up with the carrier within 7 days of receiving the label.
Refund Processing
We will typically issue a refund once the returned item is in transit with the carrier. However, please allow up to 15 days from the shipping date for the return to be processed and your refund to be issued.
